Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: [DATE]
This Acceptable Use Policy describes the behavior and content rules that apply to everyone using Koneckti. It is part of our Terms of Service and exists to keep the marketplace useful and safe for legitimate posters and connectors. By using the Service you agree to follow these rules.
1. No spam, fraud, or deception
Do not use Koneckti to send unsolicited bulk messages, post repetitive or low-value listings, or solicit users for products and services unrelated to the deal at hand. Do not impersonate another person, business, or affiliation. Do not post deals that misrepresent material facts — including ownership of the asset being offered, the existence of the company being introduced, or the authority of the connector being sought. Misleading financial claims, fabricated revenue numbers, and unverifiable guarantees are not permitted.
2. No harassment or abuse
Do not harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against other users on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic. Do not post content that incites violence, encourages self-harm, or sexualizes minors. This applies to deal content, messages between users, profile fields, and all other surfaces of the Service.
3. One account per person; no automation
Each user may operate only one personal account. Multiple accounts created to evade suspensions, inflate metrics, manipulate matches, or bypass tier limits are prohibited. Do not use bots, scripts, scrapers, headless browsers, or other automated tools to access the Service, post deals, send messages, or download data, except where we expressly authorize it (for example, a public API key we issue to you). Do not attempt to extract bulk user data through the front end.
4. Phone-verification integrity
We block disposable, virtual, voice-over-IP, and otherwise high-risk phone numbers during account verification. Do not attempt to defeat these checks by porting numbers, using shared verification services, or relying on numbers that don’t belong to you. Phone numbers must be associated with a real, single human owner who can be reached at the number provided.
5. Respect intellectual property and confidentiality
Do not post content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights. Do not upload, paste, or attach confidential information belonging to a third party that you are not authorized to share — including unpublished financial information of public companies, non-public personal data, or material covered by a non-disclosure agreement. If you believe content on Koneckti infringes your intellectual property, contact legal@koneckti.com with details of the work and the allegedly infringing material.
6. No illegal content or activity
Do not use Koneckti to offer, advertise, or facilitate transactions involving illegal goods or services, unregistered securities, controlled substances, weapons, stolen property, sanctioned counterparties, money-laundering schemes, or any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction of the other party. Do not use the Service to attack, probe, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of Koneckti or any third party.
7. Reporting violations
If you see a deal or behavior that appears to violate this policy, use the Report button available on every deal page. Provide as much detail as you can: which rule you believe is being broken, any evidence, and any related context. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and decisions are typically made within a few business days. For urgent safety concerns, email trust@koneckti.com directly.
8. Enforcement
Enforcement of this policy is at our sole discretion. Depending on the severity, repetition, and impact of the violation, we may issue a warning, take down a specific listing, restrict your account, suspend the account, or permanently delete it. Severe violations — including fraud, child safety issues, and credible threats — result in immediate account termination without prior notice. We cooperate with law-enforcement agencies when legally compelled to do so by a valid subpoena, court order, or equivalent legal process.
9. Reinstatement
If your account has been suspended and you believe the decision was made in error, you can request a review by emailing support@koneckti.com from the address on the account. Explain why you think the suspension was a false positive and include any evidence that supports your case. We aim to respond within a few business days. Reinstatement is not guaranteed; for severe or repeated violations the original decision stands.
10. Changes
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. When we make a material change we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify users in the product or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
